What people are asking
There are two questions: can you sell something you do not own, and is it allowed to earn a commission for helping a sale happen. That is why people search for "dropshipping halal or haram" and "is affiliate marketing halal".
We do not give the final answer. We only describe how the topic is usually discussed and how our model is built.
How the question is commonly discussed
- Selling goods in your own name that you do not own or possess is widely discussed as problematic.
- Acting as an intermediary (brokerage, dallollik) who brings a buyer to a seller and receives a known commission is widely considered permissible when the terms are clear.
Views can differ, so ask a scholar you trust.
How the Birinchi Shop model works
- The partner does not sell or own the goods. The seller (the platform and its suppliers) owns and delivers the product.
- The partner brings a buyer and receives a fixed, known commission, paid only if the order is delivered.
- No interest (riba), no deposit, no gambling or lottery element.
- The customer pays the courier only after seeing the product and can refuse it.
What to avoid to keep your income clean
- Misleading ads and false claims.
- Fake reviews and fake orders.
- Promoting products that are prohibited for you.
Fake orders and deceptive ads are also forbidden on our platform. Income is not guaranteed. Example: 4 delivered orders a day × 30,000 = about 3.6 million UZS a month, an example and not a promise. See also making money online in Uzbekistan.

FAQ
Is affiliate marketing halal?
That depends on a personal religious ruling, which we do not give. Brokerage with a clear, known commission is widely considered permissible, but consult a trusted scholar.
Is dropshipping halal or haram?
Scholars commonly discuss selling goods you do not own in your own name as problematic. Our partner model is not dropshipping: the partner does not sell goods, they bring a buyer. Consult a scholar for a ruling.
How does Birinchi Shop avoid interest or gambling?
There is no interest, no deposit and no lottery element. The commission is fixed and known in advance, and paid only for delivered orders.
When and how is the commission paid?
Only for delivered orders, after the customer receives the product and pays. Minimum withdrawal is 50,000 UZS, paid within 1 day, only to a Paynet Xolis wallet.
What should a partner avoid?
Misleading ads, false claims, fake reviews or orders, and promoting products prohibited for you. Income is not guaranteed.
