AI autopilot for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads

Partners of Birinchi Shop can let an AI media buyer run their Meta lead ads. The partner sets a daily budget cap and permissions; every 3 hours the autopilot checks each campaign, finds the funnel stage that is failing, applies one fix, measures the result against the numbers before the fix, and moves the budget to a better offer if the fixes don't work.

What it does

  • Offer selection by sales rate, payout, stock and the offer's Meta results across all partners — ranked by estimated profit per 100,000 UZS of ad spend.
  • Small-budget tests with the product video or image, Uzbek ad copy with the real price and cash-on-delivery terms, a lead form, location and audience. Offers without a video can get an AI-generated ad video.
  • Funnel diagnosis against platform benchmarks: delivery and CPM, CTR and ad fatigue, form fill rate, lead-to-order loss, operator confirmation rate, delivered share. If an offer also sells poorly for other partners, the autopilot changes the offer, not the ad.
  • Fix → re-test → switch: one change per campaign per cycle (new creative, audience or form), at least 24 hours of observation, comparison with the "before" numbers; after several unsuccessful fixes the campaign is paused and a new test starts on the best alternative offer.
  • Lead quality first: every campaign uses the quality lead form with a confirmation screen (about 2x the operator confirmation rate of a simple form in our data) and regions are chosen by where Meta orders are actually delivered.
  • A/B testing from day one: 2–3 different texts and creatives per campaign; the expensive variant is paused.
  • Network learning: ad texts that worked or failed on the same offer for other partners, and how often each fix type actually helped.
  • Scaling of profitable campaigns, at most +50% per step and once per 20 hours; with enough data the campaign is switched to conversion leads (optimizing for operator-confirmed customers) and a lookalike audience of the partner's confirmed customers is used.
  • Account setup: night leads are held until 08:00, results are sent back to Meta (CRM events) and AI comment replies are enabled.

Safety limits

  • The total daily budget of all autopilot campaigns never exceeds the partner's cap (from 25,000 UZS a day); at most 5 active campaigns.
  • Two modes: Propose — every action that increases spend (new campaign, higher budget) is sent as a confirmation card; Automatic — the autopilot acts on its own within the cap.
  • Campaigns in the learning phase are not paused blindly; an offer that lost money for the partner is not re-tested for a week.
  • Optional stop-loss: a 7-day loss limit; when reached, all autopilot ads are paused and the partner is notified.
  • The autopilot only touches campaigns it created. Turning it off pauses them.
  • Plain-language reports after each action and every evening at 21:30 in the Telegram bot and the panel.

Requirements: a free partner account and a one-time connection of the partner's own Meta ad account and Facebook page. Ad spend is paid by the partner to Meta; earnings come from delivered orders. Profit is not guaranteed.

FAQ

Does the autopilot spend money without my approval?

You set the daily cap and permissions when you turn it on. In Propose mode new campaigns and budget increases need a button confirmation; in Automatic mode the autopilot acts by itself, never above your cap.

What happens when an ad performs badly?

The autopilot identifies the failing stage (delivery, clicks, form, operator confirmation or delivery to the customer), applies a matching fix, waits at least 24 hours and compares the results. If several fixes do not help, it pauses the campaign and tests a better offer.
