How ordering works
- The assistant shows the product, variant, price, 30,000 UZS delivery fee and total, and asks you to confirm.
- Only after your explicit "yes" it calls
place_order. Nothing is charged — there is no online payment. - A call-center operator phones you to confirm the order. You can still cancel on that call.
- A courier delivers within 1–3 days to any region of Uzbekistan. You inspect the product and pay in cash (or card/Payme/Click to the courier) — or refuse it without paying.
Limits that protect shoppers: one phone number cannot order the same product twice within 24 hours or more than 3 different products per day, and orders per IP address are rate-limited. Delivery is available only within Uzbekistan.
Privacy
The connector needs no account and sets no cookies. Searches send only the search text. An order sends only the name, phone number, region and chosen product — used to confirm and deliver the order and shared only with the partners that fulfil it. We never receive your conversation with the assistant. Full policy: Privacy policy, section 7 (English summary included).

FAQ
Do I need an account or API key?
No. The store connector is public; just add the URL to your assistant.
Can the assistant pay or charge my card?
No. There is no online payment. You pay the courier when you receive the product, and an operator confirms every order by phone first.
Which countries are supported?
Delivery is available only in Uzbekistan (all regions). Anyone can browse the catalog.
How do I cancel an order?
Tell the operator when they call, refuse the product at delivery, or write to @birinchishop_support on Telegram.
Can I test ordering without a real order?
Yes. Use the test phone number +998 90 000 00 00: place_order runs all checks and returns a sample result, but no order is created and nobody calls.
