How the Uzbek CPA market works
Most online orders in Uzbekistan are paid in cash when the courier arrives. So the typical CPA product here is physical, sold on COD, and not a card payment or an app install.
- Traffic comes from the partner: Telegram channels, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram ads.
- The customer leaves a name and phone number. There is no prepayment.
- A call center phones the customer and confirms the order. Many leads are lost at this step.
- A courier delivers the product and collects cash.
- The partner is paid according to the network's rule: for the lead, for the approved order, or for the delivered order.
Local COD networks usually run their own stock, call center and delivery. International networks running the UZ geo usually work with advertisers and pay on approval. Both models exist, and the right one depends on how you buy traffic. Other networks exist besides ours, so test more than one.
Checklist: criteria to compare any network
Ask every network the same questions. The right column shows how Birinchi Shop answers each one.
| Criterion | What to ask | Birinchi Shop |
|---|---|---|
| When is the payout earned? | Lead, approval or delivery? Can it be reversed later? | On delivery only: the customer received the product and paid cash. A fixed amount per delivered order. |
| Real sales rate | Is the share of delivered orders shown per product? | Yes. The real sales rate (delivered share of finished orders) is on every product card. |
| Payout size | Is it fixed and visible before you start? | Fixed per product, from 30,000 UZS, typically 30,000 to 100,000+ UZS. Shown on the card. No guaranteed income. |
| Withdrawal | Minimum and speed? | From 50,000 UZS, within 1 day. |
| Payout method and taxes | Where does the money go, who pays tax? | Paynet Xolis account. You must be registered in Uzbekistan as self-employed or a sole proprietor. Paynet withholds 1% tax. |
| Holds | Is any balance frozen or expiring? | The balance never expires. In rare cases a delivered order's payout is held for a manual check and shown as "Under review" in the panel. If a product's payout changes, the new rate applies only to new orders. Early withdrawal is possible: up to 20% of earnings from accepted, not yet delivered orders (min 100,000 UZS), based on sales performance. |
| Status transparency | Can you see each order status and the reason for a cancel? | Real-time statuses: new, processing, confirmed, packed, shipping, delivered, or cancelled/returned. A Telegram bot notifies every change. You see the customer name and the last 4 digits of the phone. |
| Tools | Bot, postbacks, API, landing pages? | Telegram bot, panel in Uzbek/Russian/English, Android app, Facebook/Instagram ads from the panel, AI assistant and autopilot, personal landing pages with your own Meta pixel, API with S2S postbacks and an MCP server (API). |
| Support language | Can you reach a human in your language? | Telegram: @birinchishop_support. |
| Traffic rules | What is forbidden and what happens on violation? | Forbidden: fake orders, bots, misleading claims, clone sites, brand bidding, spam. Only the violating orders' earnings are cancelled. |
| Cost to join | Deposit, card or documents? | Free. No deposit, card or documents to sign up. |
Payout on delivery vs payout on approval
This is the biggest difference between networks.
- Pay per lead or approval: the payout is earned early, often before the customer has seen the product. It looks high on paper. Check whether approved orders can later be reversed, and why.
- Pay per delivery: you wait 1 to 3 days for delivery, but the money is earned only when cash was actually collected, so there is little to reverse.
Whatever the model, compare the sales rate, not the headline payout. A 30,000 UZS payout at 40% delivered can earn more than 70,000 UZS at 5%. See media buying in Uzbekistan for how this affects ad budgets.
Red flags
- The network asks for a deposit, a paid "access" or a card before you can start.
- Unclear order statuses: you cannot tell whether an order is processing, cancelled or delivered.
- Payouts "on approval" that are reversed later without a reason given.
- Hidden holds or a balance that expires or is frozen without notice.
- No real sales rate, only a payout figure and promises of income.
- Payout rates that change for orders you already sent.
- No human support contact, or no clear rules on what traffic is allowed.
How to test a network with a small budget
- Pick 1 to 2 products with a visible sales rate and run a small test budget on each network you consider.
- Send a few dozen leads and track every order status, not just the lead count.
- Compare the delivered share and the reasons for cancels with what the network promised.
- Make a first withdrawal of the minimum amount and check the real speed and method.
- Contact support with one real question and see how fast and clearly they answer.
- Scale only the network that passed, and keep a second one as a backup.
To try ours, see the product catalog or read about Birinchi Shop. Foreigners can sign up and test; payouts need a person registered in Uzbekistan.
FAQ
What is a CPA network in Uzbekistan?
A platform that connects partners with advertisers or product sellers. The partner brings traffic and gets a fixed payout per action. In Uzbekistan the action is usually an approved or delivered cash-on-delivery order.
Why is COD so common in Uzbekistan?
Many customers prefer to pay cash when they receive and inspect the product. Because of this, networks confirm orders by phone and deliver them with couriers who collect cash.
Is payout on delivery better than payout on approval?
Neither is automatically better. Payout on delivery is earned only when cash was collected, so it is harder to reverse. Payout on approval comes earlier, but check whether it can be reversed and why. Compare the real sales rate in both cases.
How do I compare networks fairly?
Use the same checklist for each: payout trigger, real sales rate, withdrawal minimum and speed, taxes, holds, status transparency, tools and rules. Then test two or more with a small budget.
Can I join Birinchi Shop from abroad?
Yes, you can sign up and test for free. To withdraw money you need a person registered in Uzbekistan as self-employed or a sole proprietor, because payouts go to a Paynet Xolis account.
